Quick and Efficient - Should not have been necessary

Technician came about 90 minutes after I called and took care of the Hanging line came loose from ceiling supports. Had the line been secured properly when installed, it would not have come loose. Technician doubled the number of supports and made sure the screws were of sufficient length.
